useInputControl

Requirements

• Export useInputControl(initialValue = "") as named and default. Return value, isDirty, isTouched, setValue, onChange, onBlur, and reset.
• value starts with the initial string. isDirty is true exactly when value differs from the initial string, so changing back clears it. isTouched starts false and becomes true on blur.
• onChange reads event.currentTarget.value synchronously and updates value without marking touched. Support text input and textarea change events. onBlur marks touched without changing value.
• setValue accepts a string or a pure functional updater, like the React state setter. Updates in a batch must use the latest pending value. Programmatic updates affect dirty but not touched.
• reset restores the original initial value and clears touched. Later changes to the initialValue argument do not replace the baseline or reset edited state.
• Keep all four action functions stable across renders and keep hook instances independent. Validation, checkbox handling, persistence, and form submission are outside scope.

Examples
