Cycle

Requirements

• Implement cycle(...values). Accept one or more values and return a callable function that takes no required arguments.
• The first call returns the first value. Each later call advances one position, wrapping back to the first value after the last.
• A single value is returned on every call. Duplicate and falsy values are valid and retain their positions in the sequence.
• Return objects, arrays, and symbols by identity without cloning or mutating them. Each created function has independent state.
• Calling cycle without any values throws TypeError immediately. The cycle is not a React hook and does not manage UI state.

Examples

Input: const next = cycle('red', 'green', 'blue');
[next(), next(), next(), next()];
Output: ['red', 'green', 'blue', 'red']

Input: const next = cycle(7);
[next(), next()];
Output: [7, 7]
