Memoize

Requirements

• Return a reusable memoized wrapper for a function accepting exactly one argument. Export memoize as named and default.
• Cache by the argument using Map / SameValueZero semantics: objects use identity, NaN matches NaN, and +0 matches -0.
• Call fn only for a cache miss and preserve the wrapper call-time this on that computation. The cache key is the argument only, not this.
• Cache all returned values, including undefined, null, false, and promises. Return the exact cached value; do not clone or await it.
• Synchronous exceptions are not cached. Each wrapper has an independent cache. Do not add eviction or multiple-argument support.

double(3);
double(3);
Output: 6, 6; the original function runs once.
