Implement a small jQuery-like function $(selector) that selects the first matching HTML element and exposes a chainable css(property, value) method to update its inline styles.
This is a JavaScript DOM utility exercise. The tests provide the HTML elements; you do not need to author HTML or a stylesheet.
Input: $("#box").css("color", "red").css("backgroundColor", "black"); Output: The first #box element has red text and a black background.
Input: $("#box").css("width", "120px").css("--accent", "blue"); Output: Inline width is 120px and --accent is blue.
Input: $("#missing").css("color", "red"); Output: No error; returns the wrapper unchanged.
The test environment supplies a DOM. Examples assume an HTML element with id="box" exists.
