Auth Code Input

Requirements

• Start with six empty controlled text inputs. Keep the supplied digit-0 through digit-5 IDs, numeric inputmode, labels and first-input one-time-code autocomplete. Preserve leading zeros.
• On input, discard non-digits and distribute remaining digits from the edited index, stopping at the sixth cell. Preserve cells outside that range. Advance focus to the cell after the insertion, or the last cell when filled. If no digits remain, clear only the edited cell and keep focus there.
• Handle paste yourself: prevent default, sanitize and distribute from the target index, truncating excess digits. Support middle-cell paste and mixed text.
• Backspace clears a populated current cell without moving. If the current cell is empty, clear/focus the previous cell. Delete clears only the current cell. Left/Right move one cell without wrapping; Home/End focus first/last. Prevent defaults for these handled keys.
• Verify code is enabled only when all six cells contain digits. It displays Verified: CODE; editing clears verified state. This widget performs no backend authentication.
• Markup, input layout, labels and focus adapters are supplied. Implement model state and keyboard logic; no HTML/CSS authorship beyond the scaffolding is required.
