Assert Lite

Requirements

• Export assert as named and default, and export AssertionError. assert(condition, message?) returns undefined for truthy conditions and throws AssertionError for falsy conditions.
• Attach assert.equal(actual, expected, message?). It returns undefined only when actual === expected, otherwise throwing AssertionError. Do not use coercive or deep equality; NaN is unequal to itself and signed zeros are equal.
• AssertionError extends Error and has name "AssertionError", actual, expected, and operator properties. Truthiness failures use expected true and operator "truthy"; equality failures use the provided expected value and operator "===".
• Use the provided message exactly, including an empty string. Default messages are "Expected value to be truthy" and "Expected values to be strictly equal" respectively.
• Preserve actual and expected values by reference. Assertions never mutate values. In TypeScript, successful assert narrows its condition using an assertion signature.
• Object deep comparison, approximate numeric equality, async assertions, custom formatting, and a complete Node assertion-library clone are outside scope.

Examples

Input: assert(1);
assert.equal("A", "A");
Output: Both return undefined.

Input: assert.equal(1, "1", "Numbers only");
Output: Throws AssertionError with message "Numbers only", actual 1, expected "1", and operator "===".
