Identical DOM Trees

Requirements

• Export identicalDOMTrees(a, b) as named and default. Accept Element, Text, Comment, DocumentFragment, or null roots. Both null is true; exactly one null is false.
• Compare node type, node name, and node value exactly. Text whitespace and comment contents matter.
• For elements, compare their namespace and all attributes by qualified name, namespace, and exact value. Attribute insertion order does not matter.
• Compare every child node recursively in order, including text and comments. Distinct node objects can be equal. Do not mutate either tree.
• Ignore event listeners, expando properties, and live form state not represented by attributes. Do not use isEqualNode, innerHTML, outerHTML, XMLSerializer, or serialization shortcuts in the implementation. Shadow roots, documents, and doctype nodes are outside scope.
