Compact II

Requirements

• Export compactObject as named and default. Accept a record and return a new ordinary object. Never mutate the input.
• Process only own enumerable string keys. Ignore inherited, symbol, and non-enumerable properties.
• Remove false, 0, -0, 0n, empty strings, null, undefined, and NaN. Keep truthy values, including empty arrays and objects, by reference.
• This is a shallow operation: do not filter values inside nested arrays or objects. Preserve an own __proto__ property as a normal data property when its value is truthy.
