useBoolean II

Requirements

• Implement useBoolean(initialValue = false), returning { value, setValue, setTrue, setFalse, toggle }. Use real React state.
• setValue accepts a boolean or a functional updater. setTrue, setFalse, and toggle update state; multiple toggles in one batch must all apply.
• All four update functions must keep their reference identity across rerenders and state changes. Previously captured functions must operate on the latest state.
• Return the same result object for rerenders with an unchanged value. When value changes, return a new result object containing the new value and the same utilities.
• The initial argument only initializes a mounted instance; changing it later does not reset state. Instances are independent.

Examples

Input: const { value, toggle } = useBoolean();
Output: value is false; toggle flips it on the next render.

Input: const before = useBoolean(true); // rerender without state changes
Output: The returned object and utilities retain their identities.
