Function apply

Requirements

• Complete the supplied installMyApply installer. It registers Function.prototype.myApply; keep the native apply method unchanged. Importing the module runs the installer.
• Invoke the target function exactly once with thisArg as this and the array elements as positional arguments in their original order. Omitted or null args means no arguments. Return its result unchanged.
• For this exercise, thisArg is an extensible object, array, or function. Targets are ordinary functions, not arrow or bound functions. Primitive/null/undefined receivers, frozen or sealed receivers, constructor calls, and array-like argument objects are outside scope.
• Do not use native Function.prototype.call, apply, bind, or Reflect.apply to invoke the target. Rest/spread syntax and Symbol are allowed.
• Do not overwrite existing receiver properties or leave temporary properties behind, even if the target throws. Temporary properties should not appear in Object.keys. Preserve the original thrown error.
• Nested and repeated invocations must remain safe. The installed prototype method should be non-enumerable, writable, and configurable.
