Drop While

Requirements

• Implement dropWhile(array, predicate), evaluating the predicate from the beginning.
• Remove values only while the predicate returns a truthy result. Stop as soon as it returns a falsy result; keep the rest without evaluating it.
• Call predicate(value, originalIndex, originalArray). Preserve the original order and references of the remaining values.
• Return a new array without mutating the input. Empty arrays do not call the predicate; all matches return an empty array.
• A predicate is required. Inputs are dense arrays, and the predicate is assumed not to mutate them.
