Sleep

Requirements

• Implement sleep(duration), returning a Promise that fulfills with undefined after at least duration milliseconds.
• Duration is a non-negative integer in milliseconds. Validation of invalid durations is out of scope.
• Sleep must not block the main thread or use a busy loop. Use a timer and a Promise.
• sleep(0) still schedules asynchronous work. Multiple calls must run independently.
• Browser scheduling can resume later than requested; exact wall-clock timing is not required.
