Stopwatch

Requirements

• Render elapsed time in an output as MM:SS.cc, beginning at 00:00.00. Minutes may exceed two digits. Set numeric data-elapsed to measured milliseconds.
• Render native Start, Pause, and Reset buttons in that order. Initially Start is enabled and Pause is disabled.
• Start measures elapsed wall-clock time, refreshes frequently, disables Start, and enables Pause. Use timestamps rather than counting timer ticks.
• Pause freezes elapsed time and toggles controls. Start after Pause resumes from the saved elapsed time without including time spent paused.
• Reset always stops the timer, returns to zero, and restores initial controls. Repeated start attempts never create multiple timers.
• Cancel intervals on pause, reset, and component unmount/destruction. Use framework state/reactivity.
• CSS is fully supplied and does not require changes, so CSS is not a technology tag. Write the component bindings/markup and timer behavior. Lap times, persistence, hour formatting, and background-tab guarantees are excluded.

Examples

Input: Start, wait 1.25 seconds, then Pause
Output: Approximately 00:01.25; time stays frozen until Start.

Input: Reset while running
Output: 00:00.00, Start enabled, Pause disabled.
