Analog Clock

Requirements

• Start in live mode using local time. Update from a fresh Date at least every 100ms; stop the timer on unmount.
• Implement angles(date): seconds include milliseconds, minutes include fractional seconds, and hours include fractional minutes. Return degrees clockwise from twelve o’clock.
• The supplied inspection input accepts exactly HH:MM:SS with valid 24-hour time. Valid input freezes the clock; invalid input leaves it unchanged. Use current time resumes live mode.
• Implement the clock CSS: a circular 260px face, center pivots, distinct hand lengths (65/90/105px), cardinal markers and a center pin. Rotate the hands using computed angles; all hands pivot at their bottom center.
• Keep the supplied IDs and data-angle values. Basic controls are supplied; no timezone selector or alarm is needed.

Examples

Input: Enter 03:15:30
Output: The hour, minute and second hands freeze at 97.75°, 93° and 180°.

Input: Click Use current time
Output: The hands resume following local time.
